We don't just show homes, but we advise on the home's mechanicals and anticipated costs. We also advise on potential future home maintenance to help you decide if a house is the right fit for you. On homes older than 40 years there are inspections we particularly recommend as the mechanical features begin to break down over time. On new construction homes and working with Builders, we strongly encourage Buyer Realtor Representation to work in the best interests of the Buyer. This is because Builder's Salespersons represent the Builder and have their monetary interests at heart.
